Terms of Service

1. General

By placing an order with our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms at any time, and the most current version will always be posted on this page.

2. Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos. Minor variations in color, packaging, or condition may occur, especially with vintage or secondhand items. If you have questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed at checkout. Items are not reserved until payment is received. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Shipping

We ship six days a week, excluding postal holidays. Most orders ship within 1 business day. USPS is our primary carrier, but we may use the most economical method unless you request otherwise. Additional charges may apply for special shipping requests.

We combine shipping whenever possible and refund any excess postage paid.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days so we can help resolve the issue.

Standard returns: Buyer pays return shipping and receives a refund of the original purchase price.
If we make a mistake or the item is defective, we’ll cover all costs so you aren’t out any money.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Custom Bundles

We’re happy to create custom bundles upon request. Pricing and shipping will be confirmed before payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
