Raised felt makes it easy to use on smaller craft projects and can be re-inked with coordinating Distress Ink Reinkers. Non-toxic and fade resistant. Ideal for creating aged effects on papers, ribbons, photos, and more. Can be applied directly to surfaces or used with water to create a mottled effect.
